The davis lab is based both at the EMBL Australia Node in Single Molecule Science, University of New South Wales (Sydney) and the Department of Biomedicine at Aarhus University in Denmark.
We are always looking for new Masters and PhD Students @AU. Creativity, kindness and enthusiasm prevail! We believe that the best (and most enjoyable) science requires diversity of thought from diverse minds.
We are a relatively new lab with a young PI. This can have its pros and cons (but we think mainly pros!). We are not afraid to think big. We are ridiculously creative. We are early adopters of new technology. We work hard but have fun. We push ourselves out of our box and collaborate with quantitative biologists, physicists and clinicians. And we regularly meet and discuss our data and ideas.
